SHIPPING
How can I get in contact with Paws & Purrz?
If you would like to get in touch with our support team, please contact us via our “Contact Us” page on our website header. One of our friendly staff members will assist you within 24-48 hours.
Where are the products located and shipped from?
All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia. The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales.
When will Paws and Purrz ship my order?
We will do our best to ship your order as fast as we can, and you will receive an email from us once your order is shipped.
Once you place your order, it will be processed in our office in Melbourne, Australia. The order details would then be sent to our warehousing team who will perform an in-house quality check before we pack your order and get it ready to be shipped to your address. Our team will also assign a unique tracking number for your order.
Please remember this process may take some time depending on staffing limitations because of holidays, Covid -19 and other logistics procedures.

Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders placed in Australia come with fast and free delivery Australia wide.
Can I send an order as a gift?
You sure can. Please remember to change the shipping address from your address to the lucky person’s address you want to send the gift to. Set the billing address to your address. Unfortunately, gift wrapping is unavailable, but we believe what’s inside the box matters.
How do I cancel my order?
We do our best to ship your order as soon as we can. Please reach out to us quickly at support@pawsandpurrz.com.au to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, then the started 30 days return policy applies.
Can I make changes to my existing order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any changes to the existing order once it’s paid for. But you can cancel quickly cancel the existing order and place a new order or you can take advantage of our free shipping option and place a separate order altogether.
An item I ordered arrived defective what do I do?
Our team performs quality assurance checks before we ship the orders to our customers. However, as much as we would love to, we can ensure safe delivery every time. If your order arrived defective, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to make it right for you.
What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes orders may be delayed, if this is the case and you are wondering where your order is, first read our ‘Shipping Information’ page for further info, then check your Shipping Confirmation email you received, this can often end up in your spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to track your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment, including Visa Card, Master Card, Pay Pal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and any of the Buy Now Pay Later methods listed on our website. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns referring to the payments.
What currency is the store in?
All products displayed on our website are in AUD.
PRODUCTS
Will the Pet Car Seat Protector fit my car?
This product perfectly fits every car as it is a “one size fits all”. Please note your car must have headrests for this cover to be installed.
What size dogs will fit in the premium booster seat?
All small to medium dogs will fit.
Is the booster seat safe for my pet?
There is a clip fitted on the Premium Pet Booster Seat that attaches to your pet's harness, acting as a safety clip.
Is the anti-bark device harmful?
No, there are no harmful effects of the device on humans, pets, or any animals with a super audible frequency sound of 15KHZ-30KHZ
Are all your products made in Australia and do you hold any inventory?
Unfortunately, not yet. While we do have suppliers within Australia, not all our products are Australian made.
Our suppliers use international manufacturers including China to source our products. Our suppliers hold the inventory in Australia and directly post the item to you when you place an order with us. However, this is a big goal of ours, and as the business grows we will reinvest in Australian manufacturing and warehousing.
